Had a positive test 6 days ago and now bleeding and got a negative. Am I having a chemical pregnancy?

It's difficult to say but possible. You'd be best off calling your GP or local EPU who will be able to advise.

I can’t get through to the hospital

Are you able to get hold of a more accurate pregnancy test? I wouldn’t rely on those cheap internet strips for something like this as they are notoriously inaccurate and variable. If you can get yourself a First Response as they pick up the lowest amounts of HCG and are positive very early on.

Going to get one tomorrow as this is messing with my head
