Miscarriage???

Hi my partner shud be just over 9 weeks and 5 days ago she started bleeding she bled for 3 days and small clots and wee had a scan booked cause doctor thought are dates were wrong so went to scan and there was a baby but was 7.5 weeks but the woman said I dnt know if I'm seeing 2 sacks or 1 maybe twins wee did get a heartbeat and she didn't say much bout the bleeding wee got home cramps got worse more clots went back to hospital and they didn't recheck just said if ur miscarriage just take a test in 2 weeks see if ur still pregnant so back home big clots more bleeding went to midwife in docs next day ..and she says are u sure u haven't had miscarriage few months ago and it's only given way now ( she saying this cause no period for last 4 months) I've never herd off this ...so basically were very confused ..were pretty sure had miscarriage but was it 1 of the sacks was it miscarriage from past ohh and even had a midwife who checked her saying it cud be abit of tummy cumn away after scan...snds all mad wee cant get scan to another 5 weeks...has anyone had similar experience ...any help or advise be great thanks

Last weekend I started getting a small pain in my lower back and then Monday I started spotting brown so I rang my midwife and she said it's common to have old blood but by Monday evening it was red. Tuesday came and there was spotting but this time bright red but was told again this was normal and because my 12 week scan was Thursday (16th) to just wait. Tuesday night I was cramping all around my stomach and Wednesday morning at 3am I had to rush to the bathroom where there was lots of blood so I rang the epu and she said I had to go to a+e where they checked my cervix which was slightly open and said I was probably miscarrying and that I would need to come bk for an early scan. Came back to the hospital in the afternoon on Wednesday where I had a scan and found out I had a missed miscarriage where my baby died just after 8 weeks and my body hadn't recognised it yet. She asked if I wanted to look at the screen but I couldn't. Within 3 hours of me going home I miscarried everything, I kept getting bad cramps and each time I got them I was passing large clots in large amounts then cramping would ho away then a few minutes later the same thing would happen, it was awful. I rang the epu on friday to tell them and took ask what to do and she said because my period was due around the same day as passing, it might have pushed it along to clear out my system.

We hadvno help cause of no early pregnancies clinic so have no idea if all is passed ...but wee still have some hope...cause the bleeding did start 3 days b4 and clots were coming out b4 wee went for scan but when got scan there was a heartbeat and possible 2 sacks were pretty sure we had a miscarriage exactly same as Uve explained it was terrifying to watch my partner go threw this...I'm sorry for anyone dealing with this especially if u have no1 to turn too..for advice or help....wee are looking at tryn to get another scan asap to check it's all gone or there is still a baby there..the unknown is terrifying ino with covid all sources are stretched but i def think early pregnancy clinic shud be still there to help mothers going threw this....
