I'm 5 nearly 6 weeks so I know it's still really really early. I only tested as I was 2 days late. But I've had no symptoms at all besides cramping? No sickness or nausea, no sore boobs, nothing. Literally just cramping on and off a couple of times a day that feels like minor period pains. Is this normal? I'm starting to get a little worried but I know I'm probably just overthinking things. Thanks in advance x

Hey - firstly congratulations! Smile Im a few weeks ahead of you, nearly 8 weeks. I was similar at 5 weeks, and felt pretty good, and have had lots of things come on since, all at different times! tiredness, all sorts of strange cramps, sickness, dry akin, constipation, sore boobs etc. What I've learned though is every woman is different! Women can get different things at different times. And what's normal for you is normal. I say enjoy this time with no sickness or tiredness, get yourself a cuppa and put your feet up!x

I had the same. No symptoms except for cramps and then got some smell and food aversions around 8-9 weeks. I'm 26 weeks now and my only symptom is a growing bump and kicking baby :)

@LHill32 @erised thanks both, that's really reassuring. I suffer with anxiety anyway so this pregnancy has brought on a whole new level to it! Congrats to you both x

Same for me, havent had one symptom and I'm now 19 weeks. I just have a little bump starting but that's it!

I'm also bad with anxiety and pregnancy has brought a whole new level! I'm 9 weeks and have virtually no symptoms, mildly tender nipples and I've been quite dizzy but no sickness. I was so worried about having no major symptoms but I had a private scan at 6+6 and there was a tiny bean with a lovely strong heartbeat. Try and relax, some of us are just lucky! 😊 congratulations x

Congratulations - do try & enjoy it! My nausea kicked in at about 7 weeks but only lasted a few days, everyone is different. Tiredness was even later in the first trimester, about 9-11 weeks.

Congratulations!

I’m 5+2 and haven’t really had any symptoms either. A little bit of cramping like you describe and then a couple of other minor things that might be related but might just be normal things (like my wisdom teeth flaring up a bit and a very slightly runny tum).

I think it’s normal - a lot of women apparently don’t experience obvious symptoms until week 8, and even then you might not have any strong symptoms at all.

I totally understand the nervousness because I’ve been the same but I have been reassured many times that it’s normal!

Congratulations!

I'm 25 weeks. I had absolutely 0 symptoms except AF pain from 4-6 weeks. It was exactly like period cramps I get every month so it was really difficult to accept I was actually pregnant (it was IVF too which added to my worry). No sore boobs, no sickness, nothing else.

Then I got horrendous morning sickness just after 6 weeks which at first made me feel reassured but I was soon wishing for my symptomless days!

FluffyBunnyTails · 17/04/2020 16:52

I turned 5 weeks yesterday and feel exactly the same. I've had period cramps on/off the last 2 days but nothing else. With my son, I had sore boobs before I was even late for my period so it's weird to be feeling nothing
