So yesterday I stayed at home all day, the only thing I did was stand in kitchen for 2 hours making lunch, dinner in advance and desert all at once. I don't know if this is what's caused my back, pelvis and legs to suddenly feel so sore. Yesterday evening I got up off of sofa to walk to bathroom and I couldn't even walk because of the sharp pains in my pelvis/lower back. All night long my legs were aching like when you've done a workout but I haven't! Today my right leg is still really sore and it's knocking my energy out of me, not helpful when I have a 16 month old to run around after, I had a little cry today, any thoughts as to what this could be x
