38w small bleed

Last night I had a very small bleed (pink/red) with no mucus so don't think it is my plug. Had cramping throughout the night and baby still moving about. Is there anything I should do? Today there is a little brown tinge when i wipe as if it is now old blood but it isn't heavy at all and still very light.

Call your maternity assessment centre, talk to a midwife who can assess the bleed properly, they may not ask you to come in but never be afraid to call.
