Hi. I am being to struggle with my insomnia and nausea. I am no longer being sick but my nausea is constant and only goes when I eat - which is mainly just plain carbs atm. My insomnia is making me incredibly exhausted and emotional - I often sleep from 10pm - 12pm and sometimes I manage 5am till 7am. I am struggling to nap through the day and would be so grateful for any advice

Hello,

I suffered with insomnia for the whole of the first trimester and it was draining! Unfortunately, I didn't find anything to help, it's just your hormones. It did ease off in the second trimester and I slept fairly well but I'm now well into the third trimester and it's starting to effect my sleep again 😴

The constant nausea won't be helping how exhausted you feel but it won't last forever (I know that's no consolation at this point).

How far along are you?
