So girls. Cravings are killing me. It's been 6 weeks since giving up smoking and since knowing I'm pregnant. But I'm having cravings.

What is safe to eat and what is not?
If anyone has the time to list what is not I'd really appreciate it!

P.S - Can I eat cheesecake if I make one myself? Desperate for some x

The NHS list is clear and sensible. You can have cheesecake Smile

Where can I get this from please? Don't suppose you'd have the link? X

The first three words of my post are the link.

As PP said, the nhs list is great and easy to understand.

Lots of women misunderstand and think they can't have cheese, eggs, caffeine etc but that's not the case. You just have to be aware of the guidelines in relation to which cheeses would need to be cooked and which are fine to have 'raw', lion stamped eggs, and daily limits on caffeine.

Very little is ruled out completely.

dementedpixie · 17/04/2020 09:04
