How long did you have to wait for you’re to come through? It’s been more than 10 days since my scan which was done at 12+5 I’m
assuming they would have phoned if there was something that needed further testing? The NT measurement was 1.4mm but I would still like to find out the calculated risk.

I received mine about 5 days later. They only call if you are considered high risk, otherwise they should post your results if low risk.

Perhaps with everything going on with COVID, there is a delay somewhere. Perhaps call the hospital or your midwife to chase it up.

I did think that there might have been a delay because of the virus and the the bank holidays as well, I think I’ll wait until Monday and if it’s not here I’ll give the hospital a call.

Mine told me it could take up to 2 weeks to get the letter but that they'd call within a week if the chances were high. I'm 25 weeks now so this was pre covid. I was expecting the letter to come quite quickly (and that 2 weeks was a worst case they say to stop people chasing) but it was actually almost 2 weeks.

Sound positive though - 1.4 measurement is good and nobody has called

Its good news that they haven't called you.
I was told I'd get a phone call within 5 days if I was high risk, otherwise I'd get a letter within 2 weeks.

Mine took just short of 3 weeks to come, but they did say if it's high risk they'd phone within a few days!

The labs that are completing the tests are likely the same labs doing COVID testing.

I received my call within the same week of having the scan and blood test I came back high risk and the very next day was booked in for a harmony test, I'm sure you would have heard your prob low risk and waiting for the letter with the results the post is delayed and bank holiday won't have helped

MichelleOR84 · 17/04/2020 13:31

I got mine 5 or 6 days later by mail

Prettylittlelady · 17/04/2020 18:39

Thank you all for your responses - the letter came today 1 in 10,000 for all conditions so very pleased with that.
