Pregancy app where you can add symptoms?

I was using ovia when TTC, but their pregnancy app has no option to add morning sickness, pain, bleeding etc.
Any recommendations?

I use Ovia pregnancy app. Click on the calendar bit and then click on data then it's all there :) x

@FearnRJ- OMG!!!! This is the 3rd pregnancy I've used that app with (both previous MC, hence wanted to add symptoms/changes) and I've NEVER noticed the data part!!!
