Cybex Cloud Z i-Size Car Seat

Hi,

Just wanted to ask if anyone has any experience of using this car seat and what your thoughts are on it?

Would also be really handy if anyone else knows what prams have the correct adapters that I can use with it with to make a travel system?

We’ve got this with the 360 isofix base. Baby isn’t here yet so haven’t had any experience with it yet but we purchased it with an upgrade with the Mamas and Papas Occarro travel system and it came with all the adaptors.

We have this and love it. Can rotate in the car so easy to take baby in and out and lies flat on the pram and if taking baby out of car. We have the Egg pram which it fits onto with adaptors

Just wondering how you got on now your baby must be here and whether you'd recommend it? I can see a thread from last year critical of other cybex car seats.

I had this car seat for DD until 18 months. I loved the seat from 4/5 months once I stopped taking baby in and out the car in the seat but as a newborn I found the seat very heavy and bulky to carry in/out and also tried 2 different kinds of adapters for my buggy (which both said they were compatible with the seat but neither fitted) so wasn't able to use with buggy. I found the lie flat a bit of a waste of time because you had to undo the seat belt and lay flat which always woke dd (she was a light sleeper) however after it stayed in the area I loved that it rotated, made it so easy for getting baby in and out of the car and it seemed really secure and safe and it lasted her ages.
