I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my second. I remember having food aversion and nausea with ds but it seems worse this time or it's possibly due to lock down so I can't just buy what I fancy at the time.
So far today all I've eaten is a few tea biscuits, this is obviously making my nausea a lot worse too as I have an empty stomach.
So list the suggestions of things you could stomach when / if you felt like this so I can buy them all in our next shop.
