I bought reusable ones and found them much comfier than the disposables. I just chuck them in the wash with my bra! I can't remember what brand as I bought them in my last pregnancy 5 yrs ago but if you google you'll find lots of options.

I bought some reusable bamboo breast pads from amazon recently for about 20 pounds- they're brilliant and much better than then disposable which don't last long and are uncomfortable
