So this will be my fourth baby, and I've never really had an issue with my weight. I've been roughly a, size 8-12 between babies and so on. Was about a size 10 pre pregnancy.
This pregnancy I've become obsessed with my weight. I've not been dieting, however I've definitely been eating better. But I'm weighing myself almost daily.. I'm terrified of gaining too much weight. And also a little worried about not gaining enough although almost certain I'm gaining more rather than less...
Has anyone else experienced/experiencing this? I've never been like this before in previous pregnancies, infact I have no idea what I weighed at all previously.

Put the scales in the bin. Eat when you are hungry and make good choices. If you can't weigh yourself you will eventually stop thinking about it. You know you are going to gain weight as there is a whole other human being inside of you. As long as your babies weight is ok when you have you appointments that's all that matters ❤️
