Is it normal for the baby to move while you're still eating/instantly after?
Trying to work out if I can feel the baby moving or if it's my stomach doing something! I've only just started feeling baby movement at the weekend (which was 100% definitely baby movement) so still working it all out!

Yep, it's the sugar hit! In the last trimester if I was worried about baby not moving I would eat or drink something sugary and lie down. Soon enough, he would be kicking away.

@GetTheSprinkles I gathered that can happen, it was just so quick, while I was still eating! And it was dinner not something sugary so wasn’t sure. This is reassuring to know though as she’s been a bit quiet today.

@Birdy1991 yep, I had that with my first pregnancy, he was always most active during or after mealtimes 😁

Yes, I can definately feel my baby very shortly after I start eating.. no waiting! I am 21 weeks now.
