Hi ladies, I'm really worried and dont know what to do. I'm 7+4 pregnant, with my first child. I have been pregnant before which ended in ectopic. This was 20 years ago, I'm 37. Last week I was having spotting, nothing much just when I wiped and a tiny bit in my pants. Yesterday I was having mild cramping on my lower right side along with spotting. Last night it all stopped and again today the spotting has started slightly more, its pink blood. Also I have mild cramps around my stomach area. My midwife call is not until 27.04.20. I just dont know what to do. I really dont want to loose my baby iv waited so long to be pregnant. Any advice would be appreciated x

Spotting can be harmless or the first stages of a miscarage, theres no way of knowing unfortunately unless you get checked. I had a miscarage in october, however I knew from the moment I found out that the pregnancy would end that way. I had one case of spotting at 10 weeks then started spotting every day 5 days later until 12 weeks when I miscarried. midwives in my case werent helpful when I rang to say I was spotting and cramping, just said to monitor, and make a doctors appointment if I was worried for a refural to epau. Hope you have a better out come.
