Can't stop eating...

So I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and cannot stop eating chocolate. I've always had a sweet tooth but since falling pregnant, it's gotten bad. I crave it all the time and have to eat at least a bar or two of chocolate a day. I do eat my 3 main meals every day always which makes me feel like I'm still giving my girl the nutrients she needs but it's the snacking that's killing me! I still can't help but feel guilty because I know I should be eating healthier. I've recently started having a fresh fruit smoothie every day to 'make up' for the snacks I'm having on the side... anyone else going through this shame and guilt? 😅

This is literally me. I'm only 20 weeks, but starving all the time and definitely making up for the loss of appetite during first trimester. I just really wish I craved healthier foods. I feel guilty about what I eat quite a lot and know I should be eating better. I've started making smoothies too 😂

I'm 23 weeks tomorrow and am exactly the same! I don't normally have much of a sweet tooth but now I'm constantly munching on chocolate, jelly sweets and ice cream.
I've even turned into a budget version of Mary berry making different puddings!! Apple crumble today 🙈😂
