Pain in pelvis 33 weeks

Just wondering if anyone else has had this
It’s my second baby and I never experienced this pain the first time.
It literally feels like my pelvis is broken and there’s a huge achey weight in my womb. The pain is right at the bottom where my pubic bone starts and in the middle.
I’m sat on the sofa with my legs up and can’t even move my legs without the pain. I’ve also been having tightenings and period pain for the last few days/week but I assume that’s braxton hicks.
Baby is still moving fine so I’m not worried about that it’s just the pain!
Wondering should I call my midwife unit? I can’t phone my midwife direct I’ve just been advised to call the triage if I have any issues but surely they would most likely want to see me and I don’t really want to risk going into hospital before I have to due to covid-19 plus I would have to get a train and a tube there.
Would you go in or is this normal?

It's called symphysis pubis dysfunction (Spd) and its caused by the hormone relaxin making your joints soften and basically rubbing your bones together causing pain. It is normal. Take it easy! Your mw may be able to offer you some advice or refer you to a physio.
Not sure if the period pain is related to it though, I don't think so.
