Smudged clear blue test

I have been feeling nauseous and dizzy for the past couple of weeks so have taken 2 pregnancy tests. One was boots on brand and in the first few minutes it showed 2 vertical lines but the line in the results window then changed to horizontal in the next 5 minutes which isnt a result on the instructions. I took a clear blue test this morning and it has come up with a blue smudge in the window but no sign of a line. Has anyone else had any of these experiences before? I am due on this Sunday so will wait until then to do another test

You may just be testing too early. Wait until the weekend and try again 😊

Are you peeing directly onto the stick?
The blue smudge could be because you flooded the test
I find in easier to pee in a container and dip the stick in

I think rather than asking about outcomes of a smudgy line/test, the best option would just be to do another test! Maybe try a different brand. I've never had weird smudges or flooding with FRERs 🤗

I reckon she probably worked it out as the OP was over 2 years ago ... 🙈🤣
