Just that really. I am due in a a month my second. Do you recommend any meals also suitable for a toddler to batch cook? Recipes also appreciated.
Thanks so much. I'm a crap cook!

Im in the process of making things like cottage pie, chilli con carne, curry, lasagne, to put in the freezer ready for 4/5 weeks’ time.
To keep things simple, you can buy packs of diced chicken and various jars of sauce (curry, sweet n sour, chicken casserole); cook the chicken, add the sauce and then freeze once cooled. Same with packs of mince and a jar of chilli sauce?
Then defrost as and when you need them?
I’ve been on mat leave longer than intended as I had to go to avoid being furloughed so I’ve had longer to spend on it all, but would do the above in a heartbeat if I didn’t have the time/couldn’t be bothered to! Lol

Have a look at the batch lady- she has a you tube channel & a fantastic recipe book!

I've only just discovered her but her recipes (and organisation) would have been great when my boys were tiny x
