I had a ectopic pregnancy February 20. I got the methotrexate injections that same day, 2 days ago I took 5 pregnancy test and they all came up positive, I’ve been nauseous, spotting with tender boobs as well, I was wondering if it could just be from my last pregnancy ? If I could still have pregnancy hormones from 8 weeks ago. I recently had sex 3 weeks ago. The last time I went for an appointment was March 6. My doctor then called me a few days later and said my levels were at 300. I haven’t been able to go get lab work done again to check my levels since. But I assume they would’ve dropped to 0 now ( April 14).
