Breast changes

Yesterday during sex my partner touched my breast, possibly harder than he meant to (TMI - sorry, but, context), I then had a single shooting pain towards my nipple and no other pain than the general pregnancy soreness.
Afterwards I looked in the mirror and saw a faint indented line about 4cm from my nipple heading outwards. I've had a feel and can feel nothing on one side that I can't on the other or that is unusual. I mentioned this to someone else and they said that changes are normal and expected, which I know, but can't help but think the worst.
Everything Dr Google throws back points to one thing! It does also say monitor for a week and get it seen if its the same or worse, which I will, I just need a little reassurance.
This is my first pregnancy and I'm only 11+5 weeks.
Thanks

Your breasts can undergo dramatic changes during pregnancy, I remember waking up one day and feeling like I’d been given completely new ones. As you know normally (when you’re not pregnant) any changes, such as dimpling, puckering and sore patches may make you very concerned and get checked out. But in pregnancy this may not be the case, it’s part of the hormonal changes.

It’s impossible to say whether you have a non pregnancy related issue, you need to talk to someone at your next check up.

Hopefully it will resolve itself in the next few days. Good luck, it’s a worrying time.
