Worried about dull ache on left side

Hi, I'm 4+2 - I've known I've been pregnant for a week and I've had some mild cramps which went as soon as they came. Last night before sleep I had a dull ache on my left side of my uterus, however as it's not even painful and it's a very mild ache I'm not sure if I should worry it's ectopic? My doctors don't refer people to the EPU until they're 6 weeks and I don't want to bother them with small aches in this pandemic. I lost at 5 weeks in October so I am just a panicky polly at the moment xx

As I've got up and got washed, dressed etc it's gone, I think I'm just worried but if anyone has any experience or advice please let me know x

Hi. As long as it’s not constant pain then I would try not to worry as much. Keep an eye on it. I had an early private scan yesterday (8weeks) as I was having stabbing pains in my right ovary overnight and was worried. Turns out its just a Corpus Luteum cyst which is completely normal in pregnancy and will shrink eventually.

I was getting some right sided pain around 5 weeks, it was dull but pretty constant and went after about a week. I had an early scan at 6+6 and I have a right corpus luteum cyst. No pain now and they're quite common Smile best of luck x

Thanks girls, hugely appreciate your comments, I've got to wait 12 days before I can have a scan as I'm 4+2 but I really will keep an eye on it xx

Could just be thats the side you ovulated from.
Keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse you can always ring GP
