4 dpo- What food will help with implantation?

Hello,

I am new to mumsnet. I’ve had a miscarriage on 11th Jan 2020 and since then I’ve been trying for a baby. I carried the baby until 20th week, mis-carried at 14th week. Sadly it was a huge shock :(

I’m trying for second child. First child was normal healthy pregnancy.

Does it normally take longer to conceive after a miscarriage?

I’m on 4 dpo today, what food will help with implantation?

Thanks

I don't think there is any scientific evidence to suggest that food will actually help with implantation. Happy to be corrected if I am wrong. So sorry for your miscarriage OP. I've been there, it certainly increases anxiety.

Thank you for replying. My anxiety has been getting worst. My heart feels it’s racing fast. Sometimes I’ll get it in the middle of the night. Sometimes during the day. I hate feeling like this x

You will probably get more support on the conception board. There has to be conception before implantation, there's lots of important milestones to get to even before implantation. I think people eat pineapple core and Brazil nuts to support implantation but as I say you'll get. Ore info on the ttc threads

Right. Yes I heard about pineapple and Brazil nuts. I'll have a look in to it. Thank you so much 😊
