I've always been fit and active, but since finding out I was pregnant in Jan it took a back seat, mainly due to exhaustion and nausea! Now I'm working from home, I was wondering if anyone could recommend any online workouts for second trimester to get my fitness levels back, whilst still staying safe! Am trying to walk one hour everyday too! Thanks in advance for your recommendations xxx

@Lucylou37 hi op, I was the same as you with bad morning sickness so didn't do too much exercise in the first trimester. Since about 14 weeks (I'm 24+4 now) I have done so much walking everyday lol. I've never done any home workouts or anything like that but by eating healthily and walking everyday I haven't really put on any weight, only bump. Walking and diet is deffo enough! I know a lot of people who do pregnancy yoga though and say that works wonders 😊

The body coach has a couple of pregnancy workouts on YouTube, they are ok!
I'm also a member of beach body online which has a lot of really good pregnancy workouts, but that's a paid for service.
There are lots of others on YouTube, it might just be a case of trying a few until you find someone you like - some of them are very annoying I found!!
Plus most workouts you can still do whilst pregnant, even if they aren't specifically for pregnant people. It's just a case of doing some research about which exercises you shouldn't be doing (e.g. any lying on your back)

Bodyfit by Amy on YouTube does a series called Babyfit by Amy.

Congratulations!!

Walking in the fresh air! (Social distancing rules etc apply ofco!)

Yoga / Pilates / exercise specifically for pregnancy.. loads on YouTube.

Exercises on a large exercise ball, nice and gentle on your joints, and great for pelvic floor too. This will also be a great investment for when you're heavily pregnant, potentially during childbirth and afterwards to bounce your baby to sleep!!

Thanks @Alpacaface for the babyfit recommendation, she has lots of videos! I will check her out when feeling a bit more energetic

There's an Instagram page called bumps and burpees that put lots of workouts/sets up for any stage of pregnancy. They've also started doing daily live workouts from home during lockdown.
