Low hcg, gestational sac early scan

Hi all,
So I had my bloods taken Thursday and my hcg was 188, 48 hours later they are 220.
When they scanned me they saw a gestational sac nothing inside though. They haven't doubled like hoped. Has anyone experienced this before? Ime going out my mind ime so anxious and fed up of waiting! More bloods tommorow!
I just hope this baby is okay!

How many weeks?

Going by my last period it would be 6+4 but maybe I ovulated later?

Yeah, your dates may be out. I should have been 7+5 at my first scan but baby only measured 6+1 and I'm now over 22 weeks.

Unfortunately I'd say the lack of doubling hcg is a bad sign especially if you think you are 6+4 already x

@vvm0915 sorry to hear you are going through this. It is the worse time and days feel like weeks.
I went for an early scan at 6 + 6 and was only showing a 5 week gestation sac with no yolk sac. I had my HCG bloods taken and it was 4100, within 48 hours, it only went up to 4400.
I then went for a scan the following day and I had a Missed Miscarriage. I had no other signs to suggest a miscarriage but they do expect your bloods to double within 48 hours. My body still thought I was pregnant. Unfortunately I wasn't anymore.
However, everyone is different. Don't worry yourself sick, there's nothing you can do to change the outcome. Everyone is different and you may have a positive outcome. I wish all the best. X
