Hi ladies.
I'm 16 weeks pregnant (first time mum to be) and the first 15 weeks I only gained around 5lb which is normal so I was totally fine with that, as of course I'm going to gain weight.
But this week I've weighed myself (always do it first thing in the morning after I've been the toilet and naked) and I've gained 5 1/2lb in 1 week! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Is that normal? I haven't overeaten, and when I have had something extra, it's usually a bowl of cereal.
That's a lot of weight in a week and now I'm concerned!
Is that normal to gain so much weight in one week? And will I gain this much weight every week? If so I'm going to gain another 130lb before baby turns up! Surely that's not possible???? 😫😫😫
