My bmi is 33. I’m about 4-5 weeks pregnant and just before I found out I was had signed up and paid for a new fitness class and diet plan to get into a healthy bmi. Obviously I have since cancelled but am wondering is there any pregnancy nutritional plans out there that anyone could recommend to help me maybe lose a few healthy pounds or even just stay the same/ not pile on loads during pregnancy. My last pregnancy I piled on so many pounds it was scary and I just want to get healthy for baby and me.
