Recently I've just not been feeling right. I've had no energy, felt really depressed, hot and cold, chest pain and full of anxiety and kept putting it down to the weather, Corona virus etc. I then went to the hospital as I was starting to worry incase more serious and they've said I have very low iron.

Anyone else feel groggy? I've also got piles making me really uncomfortable.

I'm trying my hardest to be positive but I feel like I don't even have the energy to sit outside 🙁

I had low iron as well and after taking my iron tablets felt 100% better!! Honestly you will feel loads better when they get into your system.

I used to sit at work so low on energy so dizzy and feeling like I wasnt in the room...it was awful!! I promise once they get going you will feel miles better xx

In my first pregnancy I was feeling the same, second and third pregnancy I started to use iron tablets very early and I feel a huge difference. I feel much better

Thank you! I've been prescribed some medication but all the pharmacies are closed so I can't pick it up. Hubby picked some iron tablets up from the store though so I'm hoping they'll start making a difference.

I was lying down on the floor earlier I felt like I couldn't even stand up. I had to get OH to lift me I felt so useless and made me feel like I'm not fit enough etc :(

also had low iron as the sickness was horrendous but after iron supplements it's all back to normal!
