I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been doing yoga/Pilates every other day for a couple of weeks. I’ve had sore round ligament pain for the last couple of days. There’s no pain if I’m sitting or laying down.
Is it still safe to do pregnancy Pilates whilst suffering from round ligament pain? I don’t want to make it worse but I also don’t want to be a couch potato! It’s a live online class but is designed for pregnancy so it’s nothing mad.
