Is it to OTT to wear a mask and gloves to my appointments?
I'm petrified of getting CV! :(

If you want to wear a mask then wear a mask 🙂You are safer just using the hand gel yourself though than wearing gloves...and then obviously washing hands when you get home. I changed my outfit in the hospital car park lol! Bagged it up, including shoes, sealed it in a large sandwich bag and put it in the boot and went straight from the car to the shower when I got home. I probably looked crazy 😂 I was wearing tights and a dress and was able to discreetly change into leggings and a clean tunic. The hospital was deserted and all medical staff were wearing PPE. 11 days after my appt now and I am showing no symptoms of CV. I also live on an island with 1 hospital. Hope this helps! x
