Period type pains @ 20 weeks

I'm 20+1 today and getting dull aches really low in my pelvis, similar to period pains but it's really uncomfortable and feels really heavy, is this normal? My DS is almost 6 and I can't remember if I had it with him.

I would say ligament pain for your growing belly. I get it all the time and that what's my MW said.
If it's just a dull ache I wouldn't be concerned, but if it gets to the point where the pain is unbearable then I would call your MW or doctor.

If it becomes rhythmical or periodic you need a check up. Talk to a midwife
