Hi ladies, I've just found out I'm pregnant for the second time after taking two tests that came up positive but just wondering if it's normal to be THIS bloated only 3 weeks after conception. I gave birth to my first 8 months ago but lost all the weight 2 months ago.

With my first I didn't look pregnant until at least 3 months into the pregnancy and I already look 4 months pregnant. What is going on? It's obviously not the baby as it's only the size of a seed at the moment. It's so embarrassing! Do you think the bloating will settle down or stay like this? Did any of you experience this?

Bloating is Hella normal early in any pregnancy.

It will settle down, just in time to be replaced with an actual bump 😂

Expect to start showing early this time around. Your body is just in position to be a big bellied baby box.

Oh my god I was exactly the same OP.

As soon as the wee dried on the pregnancy test it looked like I’d sat on a bicycle pump. I also only had eight months between pregnancies and it was like my stomach muscles had got the memo they could relax immediately again.

I also got terrible trapped wind which exacerbated the bloat.

I showed very early but then kind of plateaued around 30 weeks and ended up with a smaller bump than I had with DC1.

Yes very bloated at the start especially by nighttime, I just seem to get bigger and bigger throughout the day x
