Red spotting 11 weeks pregnant

I’m 11 weeks and had a scan 2 days ago which showed my baby moving & rolling around with a strong heartbeat. I had brown & pink spotting at weeks 67&8 and everything is fine. This morning I woke up and wiped and had spots of red blood mixed with brown I then sorry tmi basically shit myself 😐 it was that bad I had to have a shower to clean myself up.
Ever since the red has stopped and I now just have brown when I wipe. I’m so anxious but I keep telling myself I seen the baby just 2 days ago and keep watching the scan video. I’ve rang epu who said to wait it out Snd if it gets worse ring then back. Is this normal? I’m also on cyclogest pessaries which may cause the spotting but it’s the red blood that has shocked me ☹️

I saw the heartbeat at 6ish weeks and then again at 8 weeks. Then I had a massive bleed at 9 weeks - I would describe it as 'gushes' - I also had a massive clot fall out into my underwear. At the time I didn't realise it was a clot and thought it was the baby. I was inconsolable. I had to throw away my tights and underwear as they were so blood soaked.

So I was completely surprised to see the baby moving around with a healthy heart beat on the scan.

I am now 17 weeks and starting to feel flutters! All the medics can tell me was that some women bleed in pregnancy. I thought that meant spotting but mine was certainty more than that.
