Is this normal for third trimester?

Hi,

I've just turned 30 weeks and my stomach feels really tight and sometimes it's accompanied by sharp twinges (not too often though). Also, TMI but had awful diarrhea too. Baby is fine though, kicking as usual

Are these normal third trimester ailments? x

Sounds pretty normal to me. Sounds like BH.

Diarrhea too, just keep your fluids up.

Yes normal baby will have grown again and your body needs rover h up. Sharp pains are usually ligament pain/lightning pain it can be bad but doesn't last long. Your bump will make a bit more space soon :) x
