Fibre gel ok to take 12 weeks pregnant?

Hi everyone,

I havent been to the loo in 4 days and it's really frustrating and uncomfortable. Does anyone know if it's safe to take fibre gel in pregnancy or is it too strong?

Yes. It’s not absorbed from the gut so very safe
