Have been a bit off since last Wednesday finally realised yesterday morning I have a water infection (am 22+6) and suffer with these in pregnancy, have spent almost 2.5 hours on phone to 111 to be told I need to go to a and e as they feel I may need IV antibiotics (I am switching between fever and chills and cannot produce much pee) I have just downed as much water as I could stomach whilst I wait for exdp who is a key worker to let me know if he can have the DC today so I can go and get checked! Sorry for the woe is me post but am very tearful in pain and feeling sorry for myself at the moment :(

I'm awake...didn't want to read and run... hope you get well soon x

I'm awake too. Hope you feel better soon.

I just had anti biotics for a UTI last month and now I think it's back! No fever/chills yet but keep urgently needing to go to the toilet then very little comes out....get back on bed and bursting for a wee again straight away. It's awful. I'm sat here downing water too, trying not to wake the whole house up x

I'm awake as had a horrid dream there was a problem with baby and haven't felt moments since I woke up (admittedly only half an hour ago) and so now I'm sat in the kitchen eating something sugary and drinking cold water as I won't get back to sleep until baby has a wriggle. Logically I know that not having moved for half an hour is not confirmation that there is a problem but nothing feels logical at this time in the morning to me!

Hope you can get sorted soon. Personally I would head to MAU rather than A&E. It will likely be quieter, less chance of running into people carrying the virus and they can check on baby too. They deal with urine infections in pregnant all the time - every time I've been there someone seems to be in for one!

I have only just got home was catheterised etc for the UTI (went to A and E there was not 1 single person there and they transported me to the delivery suite) and was also diagnosed with Covid-19 this morning as well - just got to keep everything crossed my symptoms stay as they are and dont worsen for now :(

Sorry for everyone else who was awake at stupid o'clock yesterday morning as well - unfortunately I had no internet access in hospital so have only just read your replies
