Early pregnancy symptoms or a bug?

Hi all, this is my first time posting and I am looking for some advice.
Im 26 and have no children, never been pregnant. I have been on the combined pill for years mainly for period pain however have only become sexually active over the last 7 months now that I am in a relationship with my current partner. Last month I missed one pill out of my pack and took another later than normal but in general I am pretty good at taking it. However over the last few days I have been feeling unwell and wondered if I could be pregnant? Even my mum questioned it and told me she fell pregnant with me on the pill. My first sign was really bad heartburn one day then felt faint and dizzy later that day then by night projectile vomitted everywhere (massively unusual for me as I am never sick) then felt really tired for a couple of days and super emotional and ended up crying. I also have crampy type feeling in my stomach almost like period pain and my boobs are sore to touch. I have also had some back pain and aching in my legs. So far I have not vomitted again but still have bad heartburn/indegestion resulting in lots of burping and going off my food.

My "withdrawal bleed" is not due until approx another 8 or 9 days? Is there any chance this could be signs of pregnancy or is it more likely just a bug? Could u fall pregnant only missing one pill and would u get signs so early? I suppose I could do a test to rule it out but imagine it would be way too early to show?

It’s always so hard to tell from symptoms alone - they’re so varied for all of us. I think the chances of you being pregnant after one missed pill are extremely low, but to quell your anxiety grab a test! Good luck

Hi, it's so hard to tell as early pregnancy symptoms can feel very similar to either a bug or just being due on your period/withdrawal bleed - one of my first symptoms was awful diarrhoea (sorry TMI).
It's very, very early to be experiencing any symptoms at all though if you're still 8 or 9 days from a bleed so I'd say it's unlikely but it's too soon to say for certain either way.

It does seem very unlikely, maybe come back in a couple of weeks if you miss a period

Could it be a mild dose of covid 19?
Muscle aches, back ache, heartburn, dizziness and nausea all possible symptoms for those who don't get the lung manifestation...

Thanks for the replies lady. I agree its prob very unlikely. Thankfully not been sick again although have been bothered with some heartburn and belching and mood changes. Also randomly starting craving boiled eggs, had them every day this week after not liking them for about 6 years! My boobs are also killing me and so sore to touch they have been like that for over a week, my partner said they felt a bit tender/lumpy. Not due a bleed until approx next wed so I know its to early to test even if there could be a chance im pregnant so will test next week. Any suggestions on what could be causing the sore boobs for this long?? Thanks!
