Any suggestions on cheap maternity things I can order online to be delivered? Particularly leggings that aren't see through and lounge wear? Don't want to spend too much incase were allowed out again soon and I have to buy proper clothes!

I've ordered a few bits recently as a most of my maternity stuff was workwear and need some comfy stuff for around the house now! Asda are still delivering and fairly cheap. And Dorothy Perkins had a sale on a few days ago with some good loungewear, think it was free delivery too. H&M do a good range but some bits slightly more expensive but worth a check.

@BabyB19 Boohoo have decent maternity leggings

Apples6544 · 05/04/2020 11:47

River island leggings, I just ordered the next size up and they’re high waisted so go over bump.

Colouringinbook · 05/04/2020 11:49

I had mostly ASOS, H&M and Dorothy Perkins maternity stuff. I found I could still wear a lot of my baggier tops & jumpers the whole way through which was great
Had some leggings from JoJo Maman Bebe which weren't see through so worth the cost!

I've ordered some maternity clothes from New Look but it doesn't look like they have a big selection. Awaiting for the delivery and hopefully they fit.

Asda maternity sports leggings amazing! £12:50. I got black and navy and both fab, don’t stretch out or anything !

BabyB19 · 05/04/2020 12:07

Thank you ladies I'll check them out ❤️

My new look jeans are way better than my serephine ones which were double the price. Have been really impressed with the few things I ordered from new look so far

BeingATwatItsABingThing · 05/04/2020 12:21

I almost started this thread this morning. With my DD, I was able to go into New Look and try on all the clothes. Now I’m relying on how they look on a model. I’m unlikely to look like that. Grin

Just been having a look at Debenhams. They’re having a sale at the minute.

DawnK77 · 05/04/2020 12:48

Love leggings are good x

BabyB19 · 05/04/2020 13:10

I'm just looking at lounge sets on SHEIN and they are very reasonably priced and look pretty. I am going to order a couple on Klarna and then can send them back before paying if they're no good, will keep you all posted x

What size have you guys ordered? I am normally a 10 so i ordered the same size for maternity clothes but it is foolish of me to think that I will still fit in a size 10?

BeingATwatItsABingThing · 05/04/2020 14:44

I have ordered my usual size but who knows. I flit between a 14 and a 16 because I like my clothes loose fitting so I’ll have to try things on and see.

DonutMuffin · 05/04/2020 15:00

I ordered from Shein once and the quality was terrible and no chance of a refund, I personally wouldn't order from them again

Anaesthetist83 · 05/04/2020 15:17

I’m a 10 and so far buying size 10 maternity clothes has been fine - they all have room to grow!

BabyB19 · 05/04/2020 16:08

Thanks @DonutMuffin I'll give it a miss then. It's so hard when you can't try stuff and can't get to the shops to return things if they're no good 🤦🏽‍♀️

Agreed, Shein is so cute but a lot of their stuff is hit & miss. I've had a few good things from there but wouldn't shop for quality items from there.

Seconding Love Leggings!

Nelbert19 · 05/04/2020 16:17

I’ve bought from Seraphine, next and H&M.

I’m a size 12 and got everything in size 14 assuming that I’d get fatter, but now everything’s too baggy 🙄 Just buy the size you are!

ThinkPink71 · 05/04/2020 17:38

boohoo is good for cheap ones xx
