Pinch pain, which medical professional should I be talking to?

I'm currently in my 3rd trimester and over the last fortnight, when I lean over or stand up... on the odd occasion I get this feeling that something is being pinched together in my upper abdomen. Initially this was on the right and now it's moved to the left.
When I poke and prod: there's no pain and there's no lump change in colour/nothing is protruding.
If I search "pinch pain, upper abdomen" I get heart attack information. Hmm There's no constant pain, it simply comes on when I lean over, sometimes when I roll over and its gone as quick as it comes.
Which medical professional should I be asking?
So am I asking the women's physio therapy - is it likely to be a muscle sort of problem?
Am I speaking to my midwife - it's not really baby or breast related?
Am I asking the nurse practitioners or GP at my surgery or am I going straight to A&E since Dr. Google suggests heart attack.

Has anyone else had this during their pregnancy?
