I’ve tried everywhere I can think of 🙁 the only places I’ve still found to reliably have stock are John Lewis and Jojo maman bebe. Quality is good but they are expensive for basics like multi packs of vests. Sainsburys still has some stock as does H&M but it’s going fast. I’ve just come across a European shop called Lindex which has 30% off everything and 3 for 2 on lots of kids stuff which makes it fairly affordable.

Sgeld122 · 04/04/2020 13:51

Love next clothes, I've got nearly all mine from there and when you breakdown the cost of the baby clothes they are not much different in price compared to asda etc and quality is much better xx

Temple29 · 04/04/2020 13:54

H&M’s baby clothes are really good quality and they have decent stock online at the moment. I really like Zara’s baby clothes too but only buy on sale personally because it’s pricey.

If you have loads of money, Frugi and Jojo maman bebe have lovely stuff. But very expensive.

Do you have any friends with kids who could donate you a bunch of hand me downs? Or even ask on a local Facebook group.

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 04/04/2020 13:56

H&M do lovely vest a footed leggings for newborn in lovely colours.

RhymingRabbit3 · 04/04/2020 13:56

Also a lot of supermarkets still have their clothing sections open so if you're going in for a food shop you could pick up some basics at the same time.

@Sgeld122 NEXT is closed so not helpful!

Lllot5 · 04/04/2020 14:00

I saw some nice bits in Marks and Sparks website. My dil has about a fortnight to go so just browsing at the moment. Quite a bit in stock.

LuckyWright · 04/04/2020 14:01

I'm having this same problem with everything newborn and 0-3 months being out of stock! I haven't been to supermarkets or really out of the house in 3 weeks as self isolating due to being pregnant. I have online food deliveries. I just keep continually looking each day on line and hoping things will come back in stock soon x

LTofBR3 · 04/04/2020 14:03

Nutmeg (Morrison's range) has some nice stuff and very reasonable - 30% off at the moment too! (spring30)

TheVanguardSix · 04/04/2020 14:25

Gap! Excellent quality and really good online sales.
And they're delivering still.

TheVanguardSix · 04/04/2020 14:26

I should have specified: Baby Gap.
Also Joules (Baby and Toddler): Click on the clearance tab for some good bargains on lovely, quality clothes.

TheVanguardSix · 04/04/2020 14:27

Joules does next day shipping. I just bought a bunch of clothes for DD's birthday.

AlfieandAnnieRose · 04/04/2020 14:32

Zara and H&M. H&M offer some good free member offers such as free delivery.
Also all the supermarkets as mentioned which are great for some basics as they grow so quick!

MoorGirl · 04/04/2020 14:39

I have picked up everything on eBay, some real bargains which have hardly been worn. Saved a packet!

JanewaysBun · 04/04/2020 14:42

EBay, you can get enormous packages for a tenner

T0rt0ise · 04/04/2020 17:25

I love Kite clothing and delivery is reliable.

BeautyAndTheBump1 · 04/04/2020 17:34

I've struggled, I did manage to get some newborn & 0-3 bodysuits off Asda alongside a few outfits. Couldnt get sleepsuits anywhere so I resulted to looking on Shpock and buying 2nd hand bundles and theyve just came and literally look unworn. I've washed them & they look good as new.

Thegirlfromnumber4 · 04/04/2020 18:09

I've just ordered some stuff from the Nutmeg Morrisons range. Cheap delivery and fairly priced clothing too Smile

AAkim · 04/04/2020 18:10

I love Boden baby they are pricey but have some gorgeous pieces on there!

schafernaker · 04/04/2020 19:51

We LOVE: Boden, Joules, John Lewis, white company, Jojo, Cath Kidston, H&M, Frugi and then small independent shops like lottie and lysh, bear and babe, Fred and Noah 😊

MichelleOR84 · 04/04/2020 20:06

My favourites ( first three places are expensive but I like to buy some nicer pieces and mix them with more affordable pieces )

Newbie
Polarn O. Pyret
Mori
Mark & Spencer
Next
Asda

Lemondrop99 · 05/04/2020 00:27

Tu (Sainsbury’s) has some lovely bits but bear in mind, it comes up big.

Matalan?

I went right off Jojo. Their printed cottons do not wash well at all, literally fade after one wash.

I have a few pieces from Boden which weren’t cheap but have been good quality. John Lewis is always lovely, but again expensive.
