Is it normal toFeel like this?

I’m 10 weeks and had nausea and sickness since 6. Feel pretty crap most days and have a horrible taste in my mouth which makes it hard to eat or drink like normal.
But last week I woke up in the night with a pounding headache and vomited.
Not had it again till today, I’ve had a headache since 6 o clock I’ve got up been sick and gone back to bed. The headaches are worrying me a little, and dh says I look awful (thanks 😒lol) I look pale and Ill is this normal in pregnancy?

How is your caffeine intake?

How is your hydration?

Have you been at home with the heating on?

Are you stressed more than usual?

Headaches are so normal in pregnancy, as is the vomiting. It could be any number of things. If this becomes a persistent problem, though, contact your GP.

I’m not drinking as much water as I normally do as I hate the taste so think that’s contributing to it, I’ve took paracetamol and had a sleep and feel better now but still tired. Think I am als a bit stressed with everything going on so I’m going to have a nice warm shower and go For a walk later for some fresh air x Thankyou for your reply x

Hormones can give you bad head aches early on in pregnancy too but it could be a sign of dehydration xx
