I'm 22 weeks pregnant my sister bought me a Tesco chocolate and cream cheesecake. It's baked and uses pasteurised eggs but it says it contains full fat cream cheese. I'm wondering if it is safe for me to eat?.

Go for it! Cream cheese is fine in pregnancy it’s soft cheeses such as Brie and Camembert that should be cooked (you can get some pasteurised Brie now). Hope it’s delicious!

Cheesecake is totally fine. If it’s baked, the. Egg is cooked (like a cake). If it’s chilled (ie not baked) then they don’t use egg.

Cream cheese is totally safe too (unless you’re lactose intolerant!)

Trust me. I’m an expert! :)
