Hi, I am 31+5 weeks pregnant and I left self isolation after 3 weeks and went to my prenatal appointment 2 days ago. I was being v careful not to touch my face and alcohol gelled my hands around 5x. Everything was fine with the baby.
I didn't meet a lot of people along the way- bus was empty except for bus driver, the nurse and the doctor (they all wore masks)
I had to wait for the bus back for 20 mins in the cold.
I have been recovering from a bad cold and cough for 4 weeks and the symptoms were not there anymore so I thought I was better.
However, after the short trip, my cough came back. After dinner I had a bout of diarrhoea.
Then yesterday, I had some mild stabbing pains in my stomach, diarrhoea 2x and I also projectile vomited all of my dinner. I felt much better afterwards but then during the night only got 3 hours of sleep because I was getting intermittent severe stomach cramps which comes and goes. So painful I would screw up my face. It felt like when I had salmonella as a child.
Should I call in to the clinic? Or should I just keep drinking fluids and this will pass?
I don't know how I got the stomach bug... could it have been in the air on the bus? Thank you

I thought i had food poisinoning at 31+2, I was actually in labour. Call the labour ward for advice, asap.

Please call them, they will speak to you over the phone. See if there is a pattern to the cramps, and try and get yourself rehydrated.

I also read how the coronavirus can give you symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting. Worried how likely that would be given that I did not see anyone other than those 4 people I mentioned. I also don't have a fever.
