Hey everyone!

I'm 7 months pregnant and due at the end of May. I have been really fortunate to have had a relatively good pregnancy so so far so I've been trying to keep life and routines as normal as possible.

My husband and I have been talking and playing music to baby as advised by midwife and I have been taking my antenatal vitamins, however aside from that I haven't been doing much else.

I have been doing the NHS antenatal course online and I have found it informative, although so far seems to be mainly focused on feelings rather than physical preparations. I will be making birth plan arrangements with my midwife in the coning weeks so I am going to look into my options for that.

I suppose I'm unsure what else I can be doing to prepare for baby. I would love to know what advice those who have been through it would offer.

I'm interested in how to physically prep my body to what essentials to have/buy for baby and what is a waste of money. Ps Is the perineal oil any good?? Blush

Thanks in advance Halo
