I just ate a whole pack of Gin Gins (43g) with 10% ginger. After I finished the last one I googled if it's even safe to eat ginger when I'm pregnant! Now I'm really scared if I'm going to miscarry! I'm 11 weeks pregnant. Help!!! Do you think my baby is safe?

Your baby is fine! Ginger won't hurt it! There's a reason everyone recommends it for morning sickness.

I thought this was about actual gin. Mmmm gin!

Ginger is fine - apparently meant to help with the sickness and nausea.

Haha, yes gin would be great at this point. But if you google, it says not to eat more than 1 g per day because of possible miscarriage risk.

One piece of advice... step away from google! Grin

I've been eating crystallised ginger covered in dark chocolate... Mmmm.

Ginger is not on the NHS list of foods to avoid so I think you're fine Smile

@Cornishbumpkin
you're absolutely right. I thought I would be all cool and chill with this 3rd child - but apparently not!!!

@sibbys I think it's totally natural to have increased anxiety at a time like this. Good luck with the pregnancy :)
