Hi all this is my first pregnancy and I am terrified something is wrong. I did a test two days ago and it was positive. I am now having a constant dull ache in my right side of my tummy it's not pain full but I can fill it there and it is a bit of a sharp pain some times when I bend over. Has anyone experienced this befor is this normal. I would b so grateful of some advise as really worried

Pains and twinges can be totally normal, I remember having twinges when I moved a certain way before I even found out I was pregnant and then quite sharp pains between 6-8 weeks

However my doctor did say if I had any pains to give them a call so they can rule out an ectopic pregnancy so I would call them just to put your mind at ease 😊

Is the pain along where your knicker line would be?

If it's along the knicker line it's most likely round ligament pain (stretching pains) . It's totally normal but disconcerting when you haven't had it before. Smile
