ONLINE ANTENATAL CLASSES

Obviously eith the current situation COVID19 antenatal classes are cancelled, does anyone know of any free online ones I can watch? I've had a bit of a look on YouTube x

My midwife showed me ones on the local hospital website. Maybe they have some on your hospital website

Yes but it differs from each county. If you go onto your hospital's website and look at the maternity bit.
There should be information about local antenatal and post natal classes, hynobirthing, physio therapy in pregnancy, ward tours, reusable nappies etc...
If you click on the one you want they will have the government's ban warning thing and then what they're offering instead.
Ours are being offered on zoom and are about £65.
Other suggestions: spinning babies, give birth like a feminist by Millie Hill, hypnobirthing by Sandra Handford.
