Is my body trying to tell me something?

Hi!

I'm 17 +2 and keep having vivid nightmares that I've lost my baby or that something is wrong. I've had sharp pains on my left side (midwife says it could be caused by an E. coli infection they found I have, which I'm being treated for), but I'm terrified that it's my body trying to tell me something? I guess I'm sort of looking for reassurance/advice as I'm not due another scan for three weeks and my next midwife appointment is after that.

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 19. I was told I couldn't have children, so it's all very much new to me and still something I'm wrapping my head around. I just want to make sure the baby is okay and that everything goes well, and make sure I'm doing everything right

Thanks! Sorry for the ramble x

Vivid nightmares are common in pregnancy, so don't worry about that. Flowers
