Constant nausea at 7 weeks

Hi everyone I'm 7 +1 and I haven't vomited but I have had constant nausea for about a week. I know it sounds silly but it's really getting me down and I feel like I don't want to do anything!

The only thing that gives some relief is keeping my stomach full but I'm worried about putting on too much weight from constant snacking to stop the nausea.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

When I first had morning sickness I only felt well when I ate carbs. As time went on I was less bothered by food and have actually lost weight. I think you really have to go with the flow and do whatever makes you feel a little better.

Things that worked for me were ginger biscuits, ginger or peppermint tea and still lemonade.

This was me with both my pregnancies from around 8 weeks till about 20 weeks. It's exhausting! Eating little and often does help. My super healthy friend used to sip smoothies a lot. She'd put fresh ginger in them. I used to wear those sea sickness bands. Drink plenty of water.
