Covid 19 symptoms first trimester

Hi everyone

I am 11 weeks pregnant and about 8 days ago became unwell with a temperature, fatigue, vomiting. I put it down to morning sickness and felt much better after a day. Haven't been going out at all anyway since then but i started coughing a few days ago - just a dry cough that seems consistent with the symptoms of the virus. I don't feel particularly unwell- just as though I have a cold and an annoying cough.
Should I be contacting my doctor or midwives? I have a scan next week but that will be well after 7 days isolation

I think it would be sensible to let them know. I think there is a specific advice in terms of this, can't remember if it's 7 or 14 days from when you no longer have symptoms? There is a link in the pinned post about it, may be with reading.
